MadeMetric is designed to provide useful seller intelligence while collecting only the information needed to operate the service. This policy will be finalized before public App Store release.
Information we process
When you connect Etsy, MadeMetric processes shop profile information, listings, orders, transaction details, fees, and the cost information you choose to add. We also process basic account, device, subscription, and diagnostic information needed to provide and secure the service.
How information is used
We use this information to calculate shop metrics, estimate profit, generate seller insights, deliver requested notifications, support subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability. MadeMetric does not sell personal information or shop data.
Security and service providers
Etsy credentials and service sessions are protected in transit and stored using encryption. MadeMetric may use infrastructure, analytics, notification, artificial-intelligence, and payment providers only to deliver the service. Apple processes App Store subscription purchases under Apple’s own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can disconnect Etsy from inside MadeMetric. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of associated MadeMetric data by contacting privacy@mademetric.com.
