Email support@mademetric.com with a short description of what happened. Please do not send Etsy passwords, Apple passwords, authentication codes, or full payment information.
Before contacting us
- Confirm you have the newest TestFlight or App Store version.
- Pull down on the affected screen to refresh.
- Note whether the issue affects Today, Orders, Products, Insights, or MadeMetric Pro.
- Include a screenshot only if it contains no private buyer information.
Etsy connection
If your Etsy session has expired, open More in MadeMetric, disconnect the shop, and connect it again. MadeMetric will never ask you to send us your Etsy password.
